The horizon line

"That thin, perfect line between sky and sea."

The name Ligne de Mer refers to the horizon line — that thin, perfect divide between sky and sea. The line you see from the deck of a boat or the terrace of a beach club, a pale pink glass in hand, the sun slowly setting.

We want a wine that is at once light and complex: dry, fresh, with a soft minerality — the essence of the Méditerranée in a single glass. Grenache for ripeness, Cinsault for elegance, Rolle for freshness, Syrah for structure. No sharp acidity on the first sip or the finish — soft and round, with enough body to stay serious without losing its drinkability.

The label carries a small piece of craft: thermochromic ink that responds to temperature. Only at ideal serving temperature does the sea appear on the label — the story literally comes alive in the glass.
